Meet our Co-founders

Marcia Hakanson, MBA, SPHR, founded i2iWORKPLACE with a clear mission: to help organizations build workplaces where people feel respected, included, and empowered to do their best work. Marcia’s work has reached employees and leaders in 48 states, supported by her academic foundation from UC Berkeley, an MBA from the University of San Francisco, and advanced study at City University Business School in London. Her leadership continues to shape i2iWORKPLACE’s commitment to high‑quality, modern training that helps organizations thrive.

Our technical lead is Peter Solvkjar, who received his undergraduate degree from the University of Copenhagen, and his MBA at the University of San Francisco. Peter will assist in any SCORM implementations or technical questions.
